Booking Policy

Due to the high demand for Miss O services, we've implemented a new system to ensure appointments are confirmed and utilized efficiently.

 

To secure your appointment slot, a non-refundable prepayment will now be required within 24 hours of booking. If we don’t receive the payment within 24 hours your booked appointment will be cancelled and opened for other clients to book.

NOTE: if you book an appointment one month or more ahead, non-refundable prepayment is required 7 days prior your booking time

Appointment Window 

Booking a session at a specific time indicates the desired appointment window for your pet's grooming service. While we prioritize appointments, scheduling variations and travel time between clients may cause the groomer to arrive outside the exact booked time. We are committed to minimizing wait times and aim to arrive within a reasonable window of your appointment (typically within 1 hour). To ensure a smooth experience for your pet, we recommend being available within this timeframe. For a more precise arrival time estimate on the day of service, we will be in touch
